I have to say that it was the best decision I could have made for my spa. It is so customizable and there is so much you can do with this machine. You can mix different size crystals and tips to make it really client treatment specific. I have never had any issues with this machine but I have brought it in to get cleaned and Michael serviced it for me for free after 5 years.
