#90 is largest grit for microderm. Good for doing microdermabrasion on body parts, such as feet, hands, and chest area. #150 is the smallest grit, typically used for polishing on very sensitive skin. Not all microderm machines can use the smaller grit.
How often do I need to clean my machine?
Dirty Canister Filter needs to be changed once a year.
What is better crystals or diamond tip?
Crystals are sharper, larger, more abrasive and abrades dead skin tissue more effectively than the diamond tip.
Why should I use Oxygen after a Microdermabrasion?
It works as a catalyst to transport your vitamins into the deep epidermal layer of the skin and it keeps them there 3X longer than if used topically. Oxygen is also an anti-inflammatory and anti-bateria agent.
What is the warranty on your Microdermabrasion Machine units?
The Skin ApeelTM Elite Micro-Dermabrator sold by Skin ApeelTM has a 5 year limited warranty.
Do I have to be a doctor to use this machine?
No, you do not need to be a doctor. You do need to be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist, or under a doctors supervised direction. Yes, we offer several financing options. Call for information specific to your circumstance.
Is there training for your Microdermabrasion Machines?
Yes. Each machine comes with a training video and certificate.
What happens if your machine breaks down?
We are open 7 days a week, from 8:00am to 7:00pm. Call for appointment.
How much can you charge for a Microdermabrasion treatment?
It does depend on your location. Most of my clients charge $85 to $150.
Where is your machine made?
It is Made & Assembled in Thousand Oaks, California. All parts are made locally for the Skin- ApeelTM company.
